Just when you thought you'd seen all the snow photos......

Yes, there are more!! We had no church this morning due to the slick church sidewalks, so instead we stayed home and played in the snow. Mamaw and Papaw came over and helped us make a snow man and use up some of the snow we had left in the yard! Very exciting stuff!! Here are some photos...

And you've always heard you shouldn't stick your tongue on a frozen pipe because it will stick......what if you stick a baby on a frozen wall of ice???

Ha!Ha! Great photo, huh?
Her's the real one. For some reason Anna is obsessed with sticking her face in the snow.....and obviously from the photo below, you can see that it is causing some serious face damage! ;)

Winter Wonderland

Well, the grand total is somewhere around 10 inches, though the drifts are higher. The girls got to go out for a little while this morning and had a blast!! Anna had a hard time walking as it was nearly all the way up her legs.

I am so glad they got to experience this....I remember having times like this when i was a kid and it seemed until this winter that it just never snows anymore.....well, it did this winter!! Here are some snow fun photos and a picture of the walk I shoveled....I have only done the walk, as Dennis can't do it because of his leg surgery. I'm going to do it in bits and pieces...I'm in no hurry. I have nowhere I need to go that badly...after all, I have milk and bread!! ;)

It was level with my door in the back....

And here is the front walk...

Snow Day...again.....

Well, it is wintery white around here. Here is a photo of current conditions in the Minnis backyard, with more predicted overnight. So far, looks like 3-4 inches....they predict 3-6 more...we'll see what the grand total is by tomorrow!!

It is beautiful and, once Dennis gets home from a doctor's appt, we can just all sit at home and watch it snow cozy and safely!!

Thanks to all of you who have donated money to Emily for Jump Rope for Heart....she is really into it this year. She raised around $100 and is very excited about her efforts, as well as her prizes. She is also doing really well with learning how to jump rope and has been doing it a lot. Much to Anna's dismay, of course, as she keeps walking into the flying jump-ropes and getting hit!! ;)

Here is a photo of Emily Jumping Rope during her first Maryville school dance (she danced too!!)

And here is Anna, trying to fill Daddy's big old shoes.....she just loves wearing big people shoes. Doesn't she look so tall?? She is getting so big!

If the girls get to go out and play in this wonderland of snow, we'll add photos of that too!!

God bless you all!
